Dr. Nursel Veli is a nephrology specialist in Ruse with over 14 years of medical experience. She diagnoses and treats patients with kidney diseases, kidney failure, kidney stones, lower urinary tract infections (cystitis), kidney damage in diabetes mellitus and arterial hypertension. She performs ultrasound of the urinary system and Doppler ultrasound of the kidneys.
Education: She graduated from the Medical University of Varna in 2008. She specialized in Nephrology in 2016.
Qualifications: Conventional ultrasound – abdominal ultrasound and superficial structures; Doppler ultrasound of renal vessels; Member of the Bulgarian Medical Association and the Bulgarian Society of Nephrology; Participation in numerous national congresses and seminars in her field.
Biography: After her graduation in 2008, Dr. Veli started working in the Cardiology Department at the St. Ivan Rilski Hospital in Razgrad, after which she worked in the Dialysis Department at the same hospital. Since 2013, she has been working in the First Internal Department of Nephrology at UMBA “Kaneff” in Ruse.
