Dr. Antoaneta Lambeva is an ophthalmologist with over 30 years of experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of eye diseases. She graduated from the Medical University of Pleven in 1984 and obtained her specialization in ophthalmology in 1991. Her professional career has been closely linked to long-term work in Ruse, both in outpatient care and hospital settings. She is currently part of the team at the Ophthalmology Department at UMHAT “Kaneff”, where she performs surgical treatments and participates in the care of patients with various ophthalmological conditions.
Clinical competencies: Surgical treatment of cataracts and other eye diseases; Laser therapy and optical coherence tomography (OCT); Diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, retinopathies, and inflammatory eye diseases; Work with modern equipment such as perimetry, pachymetry, tonometry, etc.
