Administrative and Economic Unit
The Administrative and Economic Unit is a functionally independent structure, part of the hospital’s organization and management. Its main tasks include planning and providing the financial, material, energy, and human resources necessary for the hospital’s operation, as well as controlling their efficient use. Activities for their implementation include: budget and financial management, accounting of revenues by funding sources and expenses by economic elements; preparation and compliance review of internal regulations, contracts, and other documents; providing legal support to the management and procedural representation; hiring, training, releasing or resignation of employees, updating the staffing schedule and personnel files; managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, distribution and forwarding of documents, monitoring deadlines; ensuring mobility; maintenance and repair of the technical infrastructure; ensuring safety and security for patients and staff.
