Dr. Ruslan Kulinski is a gastroenterologist and the head of the Third Department of Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Clinical Hematology at UMHAT “Kaneff”. With over 10 years of experience in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as in ultrasound diagnostics and invasive procedures under ultrasound guidance.
Education: He graduated from the Medical University of Varna in 2006. He obtained his specialization in Gastroenterology in 2013.

Biography: In 2006, Dr. Kulinski began working at the Emergency Department of MBAL Ruse. In 2007, he joined the Third Internal Department – Gastroenterology and Clinical Hematology at UMHAT “Kaneff” in Ruse. From 2019 to 2022, he was part of the specialist team at KOC Ruse EOOD in the Onco-Surgery Department.
