OPEN a procedure with the subject:<\/strong><br \/><strong>&#8220;Conducting an auction for the leasing of a standalone building in the northeastern part of the yard of UMHAT &#8216;KANEFF&#8217; AD \u2013 Laundry.&#8221;<\/strong> The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of the Public Enterprises Act and the Internal Rules for organizing and conducting auctions for leasing properties \u2013 owned or provided for use and management by UMHAT &#8220;KANEFF&#8221; AD, approved by Order No. 618\/18.12.2020 of the Executive Director of UMHAT &#8220;KANEFF&#8221; AD.<\/p>\r\n<p>The property is leased for a period of 10 (ten) years, starting from the date of the lease agreement.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Leased object \u2013 standalone building or parts of a building or areas owned by UMHAT &#8220;KANEFF&#8221; AD, with the following description:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Property Description:<\/strong><br \/>Standalone building in the northeastern part of the yard of UMHAT &#8220;KANEFF&#8221; AD. The building is as follows:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>Two-story building with a built-up area of 342 sq.m., built in 1978.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>First floor<\/strong> \u2013 reinforced concrete structure, designated as a laundry; natural and artificial lighting; running hot and cold water and sewage. Flooring: mosaic; walls and ceiling: latex. Toilet. Ventilation system installed. The laundry includes a tailoring room, a compressor room, and a storage room.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>Second floor<\/strong> \u2013 metal construction extension built in 1987, housing the sterilization facility. Natural and artificial lighting; running hot and cold water and sewage. Flooring: mosaic and terracotta; walls and ceiling: latex. Toilet and bathroom. Central heating system. Administrative office. There are two small elevators for unsterilized and sterilized materials. The building does not have electricity meters or water meters.
